I allmost had a heart attack and thought about divorce when my wife made this. She desided to try a recipt she got off of the internet with my LAST 6 QUAIL! I was suprised as it turned out to be quiet good.The recipt is as follows: 1 box-Uncle Bens seasoned brown rice, 1 large can cream of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 onion, 1 garlic pod.  Dice onion and garlic finely and mix with rice. Brown quail in butter for apx 5 minutes. Place rice in baking pan, pour cream of mushroom over rice. Place quail on rice, cover and bake at 275 for one hour. I was supprised, the rice and quail were very good.
