Hello,

My name is Chris Bolton. We are a group of 4-6 hunters in search of an annual lease for 2009/2010 season to include spring turkey, dove, quail and whitetail. We are an adult experienced group with game management and ranch well-being as our top priority. We feed year round corn and protein and only harvest age appropriate mature bucks and culls to increase overall herd quality. Looking for a ranch in the Brush Country or Hill Country area, preferably 800-1500 acres available for year-round access with water/electricity. We would like a ranch for our group only with no other hunters and possibility of long-term lease.

In a nut-shell, we have spent countless hours driving across Texas only to find the lease to be either shot-up or other suprises not informed of beforehand. We are a ranch owners "dream group" of guys looking to expand our passion for hunting to our wives and children. We take immaculate care of our facilities and ranch and consist of all construction oriented business owners. We have spent many hours in previous years grooming a lease and camp site with plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and several other items only to have the ranch either sold/inherited out from under us or our lease cost drastically increased the following year.
