3 Properties to Choose From in West Texas. We only run 1 or 2 hunts on each property each season to keep pressure to the very minimum.

Property (1) is 15,000 acres in far western Jeff Davis and Presidio counties. Would prefer a minimum group of 3 hunters up to 10 hunters.
Cost is $250 per hunter for 3 days of hunting. Self guided. No lodging but campsite has running water and electricity.
Property borders Rio Grande river for several miles. Good population of blues and gambels. Bag limmit includes quail, unlimitted predators, and fishing in the river. Many roads, trails, and washes to explore. Remote.

Property (2) Southern Brewster county. This property is only a couple hundred acres but specifically managed for quail. High numbers of blues, and gambels.
$250 per hunter for a 2 day hunt. 1 to 3 hunters maximum on this property only.

Property (3) Schleicher county. 1600 acres. A few wild bob whites and blues but this hunt is mainly for released birds. We provide a hearty BBQ dinner both nights on this 2 day hunt and comfortable lodging. Minimum of 4 maximum of 6 hunters. Semi guided hunt.
