Overview:

This is a seasonsal year around deer lease.i have had the lease for going on 4 years now and have seen some really great bucks on the ranch.im looking for three spots to fill on the lease seperate or group of three will be fine lots of blue quail rio grande turkey.the ranch property is heavy mesquite bottom draws and some clearings and right of way for stands and fedders or you can pick a good spot.there will be only 7 hunters total so dont worry about to many hunters i havent ever had more than 6 hunters on the ranch so there are plenty of good area to set up and get ready to hunt some nice mature bucks.there is a r.v electric pole for r.v or camping and water at the well.looking for a good long term group 2,000 per gun
