The hunt always ends, but the memories last forever. At Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever, we know how important these memories are, which is why we've partnered with MyHuntingRoom.com for the first-ever "Memories Afield" photo contest.

Whether you've been hunting upland game, big game or waterfowling, you've snapped shots to forever capture that moment. Now you can share those moments with fellow outdoorsmen and women at MyHuntingRoom.com in the "Memories Afield" photo contest. Every month, from December 2008 through November 2009, we'll name one monthly winner in the "Memories Afield" contest. Each monthly winner will receive a Pheasants Forever or Quail Forever hat. At the end of the contest, one Grand Prize winner will be selected, receiving everything you'll need to look good the next time you set out in search of upland game: A Browning Pheasants Forever hat, vest, chaps and gloves!

Monthly winners will be featured on the Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever websites, and the Grand Prize winning entry will be published in On The Wing, the eNewsletter from Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever.

Contest Entries

·              Contest runs Dec. 1, 2008 to Nov. 31, 2009

·              Submissions can be made safely and securely through MyHuntingRoom.com. Become a friend of Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever, and then submit your photo and short description into the contest section. It's as easy as that.

·              Your description should be a photo caption explaining the photo or the events that led up to that special moment. This is your chance to explain the memory the photo captured!

·              Photos that have been digitally altered beyond standard color and contrast, etc. will be disqualified. This includes the digital addition or deletion of objects in the photos. 

·              Images will be judged on originality, technical excellence, composition and overall impact. Judges decisions will be final.

Prizes

·              Grand Prize: Browning Pheasants Forever gear (hat, vest, chaps and gloves)

·              Second Prize: $50 Pheasants Forever or Quail Forever Gift Card

·              Third Prize: $25 Pheasants Forever or Quail Forever Gift Card

·              Monthly winners receive Pheasants Forever or Quail Forever hat
