This is a year round lease. I need 10 management minded hunters. This will be for the 2012 season, deer, turkey, some quail (no dogs) varments. Camping area has water / electric---cost at end of deer season will be equally split between all hunters. We just increased our acreage to over 2500 acres and need two more hunters at our lease near Olney. $1500.per gun.Not sure exactly how many hunters total, but it will probably be 300 acres per deer hunter. We have a large camp with electric but no water.(maybe a couple of bird dogs).You might have to pitch in a little for electric. Very good turkey, deer,does need to be culled.dove,duck, year round lease. Core group is older but anyone is welcome.No crazies! Summary:
Hunt includes one morning and one evening hunt for two days. Hunt may start any day of the week with a 30-day reservation. Truck and dogs are furnished each day. Accommodations and meals are 5 star. Prior to the hunt you will be mailed a questionnaire to special needs that you may have, a menu of 30 meal items to choose from to cover your breakfast, lunch and dinner right down to how you like your steak cooked. All birds will be cleaned and packaged for return trip. Bag limits are set according State Game Laws. Hunters will generally flush between 18 and 24 coveys of wild birds per day ,during very dry years this may not be the case, but excellent flying pen raised birds may be substituted if requested at an extra cost, call for quote. The dogs and handlers are excellent. The lodge is complete with a huge flat screen TV . Each room has individual satellite reception, plus each room has a separate climate control unit. All TVs are complete with DVD and VHS players. Departure: Hunters may stay over if they wish, dinner and breakfast is included. No alcohol is furnished, (Hunters are welcomed to bring their own favorite brand.) No firearms will be furnished. Ammunition is furnished (12 & 20 ga.). We can accommodate up to 8 hunters.
