Description:

An all-inclusive, turn-key company to assist you from start to finish.

Macy Ledbetter is a professional wildlife biologist and ranch real estate consultant specializing in North, Central, and South Texas wildlife and habitat management. With over 15 years of very successful professional management experience on both private and public lands, he offers a wealth of knowledge and skills to assist you with your ranch and wildlife needs.

Spring Creek Outdoors, LLC is a company offering the wildlife management consulting services of Macy Ledbetter.  Macy started working toward becoming a wildlife biologist before he even knew there was such a thing. He has had a life-long passion for wildlife, habitat, and hunting. His father saw to it that his passion was put into practice on the family ranch in San Saba County at a very young age. Since earning a degree in Wildlife Management from Texas A&M University, Macy has worked as a ranch foreman, a commercial game harvester, both a private and state wildlife biologist, and public hunting lands manager.

Game Surveys - We offer a variety of means to survey your wildlife populations. The techniques will vary according to location, topography, size of property, and your goals and objectives.

Written Wildlife Management Plans - Written management plans are the foundation of any well-managed property.  The wildlife management plan spells out the specific goals and objectives and gives detailed information on the means to achieving them.

Habitat Management - Let us put our experiences to use for you in managing your habitat, including brush sculpting, sendero construction, food plot creation and management, quail habitat improvement, prescribed burning, chemical application, brush aeration, rhome discing, shredding, cross fencing, water distribution, and responsible livestock grazing.
